The Stylies Orion is an evaporative humidifier with natural evaporation that maintains the correct humidity level in rooms and removes small impurities. The unit has two fan speeds, allowing you to determine how quickly you need to humidify the room. The Stylies Orion is an economical unit to use (max. 18 W) and is particularly suitable in winter when humidity is low and the heating season is underway.

How does the Stylies Orion work?

A special filter mat absorbs water from the container, and the fan moves dry air through the moistened filter. The air absorbs moisture and is blown back into the room. The great advantage of an evaporative humidifier is that the humidity level is reached automatically without additional regulation. Over-humidification is not possible because saturated air cannot absorb more water. Furthermore, the evaporator uses little power and works very efficiently. No ultrasonic membrane or boiling plate - just natural humidification.

Very easy to fill water in an evaporative humidifier

It is incredibly easy to fill water in this humidifier. Use a watering can and pour water in from the side. It's that simple. See the video below.

Legionella bacteria

Some other humidifiers may pose a small risk of Legionella bacteria. This does not apply to this type of humidifier (evaporative). The Norwegian Institute of Public Health states the following:

"Humidifiers that produce water mist without temperature increase should be cleaned often, preferably once a week. Disinfect with chlorine in the same way as described for showers, and rinse thoroughly. Always empty and clean the container when not in use. Humidifiers that evaporate water at high temperatures, and humidifiers where water evaporates from a filter, are not infectious." Source.

Feel free to buy extra filter mats for the humidifier. Then you'll have them ready for when you need to change them.
