The water filter removes limescale and other impurities from the water. This will extend the humidifier's lifespan and reduce the amount of white dust settling around it.
We recommend replacing the water filter at least once a year. It should be replaced more frequently if you have a lot of limescale in your water. When you notice white dust settling on the table around the humidifier, it's time to replace the filter.

Shipping
We offer free shipping to your nearest pick-up point on all orders over NOK 999. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering, provided it is a regular working day.
Normally, you will have your goods at the pick-up point 1-3 days after we have received your order. We will send you a tracking number when the package leaves our warehouse, and the carrier will notify you when the package can be picked up. Therefore, it is important that you provide your mobile number and email address.
